colorado turkeys

Postby bnsafe » 12 17, 2012 •  [Post 1]

are there enough turkeys on public land in colorado to make it worth my while to buy a non resident tag. ive killed tons of easterns and a few rio grandes so getting a merriam would be awesome. but i could wait til next year and buy a resident tag. basically i just have never seen a turkey in colorado so didnt know about public land for them. if i can find them i can kill them, but gotta find em first. thanks, im not asking for a specific area, only general info.
