Two months ago, it wasnt sure if I would be hunting spring turkey. But after lots of high dosage medications, shooting low poundage bows, and patience, I was finely confident and able to take a Colorado spring turkey...

Good job and more importantly glad you're healing up. What kind of bow is that?

Its a Bob Lee recurve, solid micarta riser that Rob built me in 2008. Lil 15" riser, makes for a 58" bow. No vibrations, with great mass. Sad, cause I spent a lot of money on a set of 45# ILF recurve limbs, and a custom 45# bow, and my lil 52# Bob Lee actually draws smoother then the 45# bows, and the lil 52# recurve draws smoother and was easier for me to shoot then the lower poundage bows. Rob did a lot of work to the riser for me, and the throat is thinner, fitting my lil hands great. I do shoot my Bob Lee's great...
Paul, if I told ya what was wrong with me, you wouldnt believe it. A very rare desease, that the doctors lucked out and found!! Thank God for modern medicine!! 2100 mg's of antibotics a day, five days a week...I'll be chasing elk and mule deer soon.

Geez, glad you are recovering and that they detected it. God's providence right there.
On another note, nothing like a Bob Lee. I traded trad bows for a few years trying to find one that fit right, and finally got my hands on a centennial recurve. Only thing I have seen comparable is a Tuck Phillips hybrid longbow, but they are few and far between, especially left handed.
