My Daughters First Turkey!

I took my daughter out this year for the first turkey hunt ever & she took a young merriam out here in Idaho! It was a blast!

It was a shotgun she does not bowhunt! Not yet anyway! (grin)

Congrats to both of you, making memories. You don't realize how much you miss those times til they become few and far between. They grow up too fast.

love it!!

hitting a turkey with a shotgun is amazingly fun!! i love it just a tic less than an archery taken bird..but blind-less with a shotgun is amazing. tell her congrats!!

That’s great, you just can’t underestimate the value of spending time with your kids in the woods the time it does fly, sometimes faster than we can possibly imagine, but the memories, at least for me, are forever etched….thanks for sharing
