They came to my home! My home!

Haha. I figure this is a good omen.

I had flock of 30 in my backyard! I live in a city near San Francisco. I snuck up to the window to snap this.

Don't make fun of my yard :(

That's cool
My father-in law use to keep 5 ton of hay to feed deer and elk.
One year he moved the hay down to the cabin. I warned him.
The elk stripped the spruce trees in two nights,.. 20 years ago. The trees are barely coming out of it

A good friend bought a conservation property , he feeds every thing, deer turkey, birds squrril, His feed bill is over $2,000 a year

$2000 a year seems pretty cheap! The deer on my property went through about 500 bucks worth of alfalfa and grain in a little over a month this winter, and so far ive only managed to find 4 fresh sheds from them on my property, but there HAS to be more laying around. Heres a dink 4x4 still packing both sides on feb 1st. Crappy phone pic i took through my living room window.

Took this pic from my living room window today. Hard to tell in this pic but the one on the far left is a long bearded tom.

I get Turkeys in my backyard in the Spring. I live on the South Platte River in Nebraska, just on the edge of town. Have discovered several Turkey nests over the years. Always a thrill!

Turkeys are still in winter flocks here. Archery season just opened and went out hunting Sunday. Terrible windy. Did not see or hear a Turkey. Flocks should disperse in next 10 days for sure. Seeing lots of strutting in the winter flocks
