Altai boots

Anyone have or try this brand of boot? Water proof and light weight, no insulation though, looking for a early/mid season boot.

These are the modern day troop style boot. Many moons ago, I used my Army Jungle Boots for hunting and they did fine (although not close to waterproof). These new versions (made by several manufacturers, including Altai) seem much better made and probably more suitable to use as hunters vs. the older versions. The reviews seem pretty good on them and for the price, I don't see why they would be a bad choice. I'd be very curious to hear if they are in fact, water proof if you decide to get them.
