Swagger Bipods???

Postby Indian Summer » 01 22, 2020 •  [Post 1]

Has anyone tried contacting Swagger’s customer service? I need a replacement leg extension for my QD40 bipod. Mine fell out. I sent a message through their website a week ago but haven’t heard back.

If you don’t hear back from CS soon, let me know and I’ll give you the marketing directors contact info.

I received a reply from customer service. The woman was very nice. Waiting to see what the verdict will be. She mentioned a possible repair order. I don’t really want to pay for shipping and I can fix just about anything so I’m hoping they just sent the part. If it goes back in as easily as it slipped out it shouldn’t be very complicated.

Sounds good. I'm not looking at one right now but I'm guessing they should be pretty straight forward to replace? I lost the bottom part of one of my trekking poles years ago (really cheap pair). It was one of the rare times I used the hiking sticks, was on a summer scouting hike, and low and behold I'd forgot to clamp one of the extensions down when I'd strapped them on my pack. Found out it was gone the next time I tried to extend it
