Market Research

If you were looking at a high end shelter or pack, and a business was around that allowed you to try out the gear beforehand for a rental fee would you use it?

Absolutely. Especially if I could get all or a portion of the rental fee applied toward a purchse if I made one.

I'd pay a bit more for the product too from them just because they deserve my business for offering such a service.

When Cabelas told me they don't stock any Sitka gear and that I'd have to buy it to try it I said I wouldn't buy it from you for less with a policy like that.
