August 2019 Photo of the Month Contest

Postby WapitiTalk1 » 08 01, 2019 •  [Post 1]

The August 2019 Photo Theme is – "My Home State”. Let’s see some outdoor related pics you’ve taken or starred in, from the state you hang your hat in.

1. One photo submission allowed per month, per member (yep, MODs may enter a photo also).
2. Photo must relate to the monthly theme (or risk being disqualified).
3. Do not use photo editing software to enhance your photo. Just post the photo as it was taken with your camera, smart phone, trail cam, etc. You may have to resize some photos so they are accepted by the forum software.
4. You may use older photos you have on hand, but, do not submit a photo that has won a previous WT photo contest.
5. Any WT member may enter a photo they have taken or star in.
6. Judging – WT members will vote on monthly photo submissions.
7. Contest period will normally end the last day of the month.
8. Winner must contact WapitiTalk1 via PM and provide mailing address for prize (your prize may be sent directly from a WT sponsor or from RJ).
9. Prizes will vary from month to month.

The prize for the August contest is (to be determined).

My soulmate kayaking into the sunset on Lake Erie Pa this July after a day of walleye fishing. I love living near the Great Lakes. It’s like living near the ocean!

Everything from my home state of Minnesota is 35 years and older. .
I guess Idaho is home now
My daughter started a collection of Sunset pictures from our back yard
With fires they and clouds they aren’t what most sunsets look like

Dear RJ, I will be out of cell coverage and internet service the first week of September, while I track down and kill a big muley. I am preemptively explaining why I will be slow in claiming my victory prize after the dust settles. :D

More seriously, y'all are throwing down this month! I'm almost convinced that MT is not the only state worth calling home.

Ha, you got it Malachi. Best of luck on your MD hunt buddy. And no, there is nowhere quite like Montana to call home :D
