Best thing I ever ate, in a restaurant, Part 2 – Breakfast!

Postby WapitiTalk1 » 11 09, 2023 •  [Post 1]

Been watching a program on one of the cooking channels (Best thing I ever ate), really enjoying it. Figured I'd try to get something going here... I'll change up the main menu item every so often with a new thread. For this first episode, please... share the best thing you ever ate in a restaurant... BREAKFAST. Share the dish and the restaurant if you wish (give that joint a plug)... Tell us about that tasty breakfast. And in 3, 2, 1... here we go.

Breakfast is tougher. There is a small dinner in Skagway AK, I forgot the name. They had an off menu dish called a Hamstack. Big layer of hash browns followed by a layer of 3 over easy eggs followed by 2 fat slices of ham followed by hollandaise sauce. It was amazing. For an 18 yearold working on cruise ship loading docks it was extra amazing.
I hunt therefore I am. I fish therefore I lie.
