Someone lost a FHF case with gear in Wyoming

Postby ST52V » 01 14, 2014 •  [Post 1]

On rokslide there is a post about this. It appears a good person found it and contacted the owner at FHF so he can return it to the owner. Spread the word so the owner can claim his stuff. He has to be sick after losing that much $$$ in gear.

FHF..fight hunt fish..i think.

it is a bino case.

back on topic. i would send the entire thing to Swavorski.. let them find it. if not, they can send it back and invoke the ever powerful "finders keepers" rule.

Bill, it's a small company out of Montana that makes some really good custom gear.

It appears they found the owner of the stuff. They may have contacted the bino company to see who registered them for warranty purposes. If you have not registered yours you probably should. It could save your day!!!

Yep the owner was found. They went to the sporting goods store in Jackson and came up with the names of everyone who bought an FHF case. There were initials engraved on a Leatherman in the gear bag as well so they just looked at the names, found a guy who's name matched the initials and bingo...

Reminds me of that song What a Wonderful World. :D
