WA State RMEF Banquet

Postby WapitiTalk1 » 02 03, 2014 •  [Post 1]

Are any of you Washington cats going to the Twin Harbors Chapter Convention on 12 April at Ocean Shores? I've never been to one before and am considering going.

Well, now that I know about it I just might! Is there an entry fee or anything?

Here's the web page link which has the info. They've got some very, very nice prizes ;)

Cool, thanks for the info RJ. They sure do! I want to go, we will see how the funds are doing. If I wanted to bring the gal, do I need to buy my memership only and bring her as a guest or do we need to buy 2 memberships? I couldn't tell exactly from the brochure, looks like we need to buy 2 memberships.

I think this option would be what you're after: "Couple Supporting Ticket - Includes 2 meals & 1 supporting membership". That renews "your" yearly membership and gets chow for both you and your gal. I've been emailing Rhonda and asked her for an event itinerary (she said they're finalizing it this week and she'd send me the info). Once I receive the down and dirty on what's gonna take place, I'll send it to you. I think I'm going also.

Thanks in advance for supporting RMEF every chance you get. Nobody promotes elk habitat and conservation like RMEF. Plus they give away bigtime prizes at these banquets.

Yep, that one sounds like the winner! Okay, great, let me know. That is right around turkey time, and depending on when opening day is we may just be able to hit the banquet on the way down to Klickitat. I love it when things work out that way. Sounds like it will be a fun time and of course a great cause!
