guess what i found in the freezer

was digging through the freezer for something for supper tonight and I stumbled across a package of backstraps from my Utah elk. score!!!!! I forgot how wonderful elk was....now I am really bummed. no more elk. my offer still stands for anybody to send me some more on a side note, it was pretty hard standing outside the grill when my feet were hurting and riddled with blisters...

Yikes the meat counter is scarey Other than burger Ive never bought beef since we've been married. I came home and quick thawed some venison steak
