Give your kids hug!

Just got back from Parker's Place camp for famlies that have lost kids. I know with how crazy life is I want to challenge all of you to stop for a moment tell them you love them and give them a hug regardless of your relationship at the moment. For you empty nesters do what you can with technology (we really don't have any excuses anymore). I know I loose track of what is really important and this weekend being around a group of great people that have been to hell and back put it all back in perspective in a hurry.

Yesterday while I was at a good friend's son's graduation party I got news that another friend's son took his own life. Blew me away. Yeah... cherish the moments and give 'em hugs.

Good advice.

I hugged my little bugger tonight and told him I loved him before I sang him to sleep. He loves it when Daddy sings to him . . . can't tell you how many times I have sung "the wheels on the bus go round and round . . . ".
