PMs stuck in outbox

PMs stuck in outbox

Just noticed that the PMs Ive been sending are stuck in my out box, I deleted some other PMs thinking I was over my limit, any other suggestions?

I believe that messages only stay in the outbox until the person you sent them to reads them.
