Absolutely amazing; both the photography and the bird itself. Enjoy!

My dad and i used to fish steelhead on the cowlitz in the 90s and watching the ospreys dive for their lunch never got old. Kept things interesting when the fish werent biting. Pretty impressive birds.

Few years ago was bass fishing on the Potomac river with top water baits. Friends son threw his lure out and was working it when a Osprey dove on it. It caught him in the foot. He said what do I do? I said reel him in. Got him in, put him in the net and then put a towel over his head. Got the lure out of his foot, got him out of the net and then took the towel off. The osprey hopped on the gunwale of the boat and flew off! Neat experience wish I had a picture.

A kid put up a nesting platform on our families place on a small reservoir. The Osprey always show up April 2nd. every year for the past 15 year. Last year during a storm all three of young got blown off the nest and killed.

Some of the neatest sites we've seen geese being driven of the platform. Ospreys won

Took this pic of an osprey and his meal in front of our house last summer. Really cool birds!
