Saw this up on the CDOW website http://dnr.state.co.us/newsapp/press.asp?pressid=9424

Incredible, anyone know this person? Anyone got any more stories heard on the grapevine about him, this can't be his only crime, he's probably famous in his area.

And as usual, the sentences and fines are barely a slap on the wrist. These "outfitters" caught cats with snares, tied them into trees and brought hunters to them. Not just once, but many times. http://www.deseretnews.com/article/8656 ... tml?pg=all
