Anyone have a written lease with a landowner I could plagiarize? Just looking for the wording that removes liability from the landowner in case of an injury.

On one of the places I hunt the landowner makes me sign an affidavit. But it really just says that I will do my best to not set fires on his/her property. So that probably wouldn't help you.

You should just pay an attorney to write you one the correct way for your state. Plagiarizing something you got off of an internet forum may not be the best way to show the landowner you are serious about a no liability clause.
