Just brought him home tonight. Looks awesome. His damn neck and head are so big he looks like he could swallow my other buck mounts whole. Thing was a freakin horse with antlers.

very nice! You have a nice area there with a lot of neat stuff. I like the jawbone mount, what gave you the idea to do that?

I just got mine home as well! It is in my office and I cannot stop looking at it.

I have always liked the way a thick tined whitetail buck looks. There is something special about a really heavy whitetail and one with thick beams just screams older, dominate, smart. I had a shoulder mount much like yours but lost it in a house fire.

Dont know what gave me the idea, but i kept the jawbone cause the buck was so damned old, its just gnarly. Figured id display it with the mount. 10.5 yr old buck.

Nice buck you got back there too. Always fun to get new taxidermy home. Still waiting on a skunk mount and coyote rug to be done.
