You know you have entered Swede Territory when you come upon this and a small pool of water below!

Spent the weekend up in the hunting grounds with my boys. 4 days of hiking and scouting and placing cams. Placed 9 cams out and checked on a few other spots. Placed a couple cams for Swede while we were up there. Seen a few elk. Caught crawdads in the creek and shot ground squirrels. Time well spent with these two young “hunting partners.”

Now; there are a couple of excellent looking future elk hunters.
I know that stand location well. I have spent many boring hours about 8 feet above the top of the ladder, while hunters in a stand a little over 100 yards away are killing big bulls.

I recognize that craftsmanship :D. I also remember all the gear needed to create one of those elkwoods escalators being packed in an old canvas forest service type pack .

Sure it was water. Maybe it was spiked with something yellow, but it was still mostly water. It was probably 90%+ pure water. Stringunner was at least 90% right. Who can argue with that? Too many nitpickers. :D
