Wapiti Talk Site Statistics - 20 July 2016

Postby WapitiTalk1 » 07 20, 2016 •  [Post 1]

Well, I just checked and Wapiti Talk has close to 2500 registered members. Over the past week, something like 120 members have signed on each day. I'd like to personally thank all the Wapiti Talk members for being part of our elk hunting campfire! Your participation is truly appreciated and I really hope we can keep this going for many, many years to come. Phantom16 (Rory). 8-)

WYO_ELK: Maybe I can help you on the answer. Wapiti Talk is a forum where enthusiastic hunters, and folks interested in learning solid hunting strategies come together to discuss relevant questions, experiences and related ideas and information. We do in in an atmosphere free of put-down humor and vitriol. Really Wapiti Talk is a place where we share our enthusiasm for hunting and banter about a myriad of subjects generally related to our passion for hunting. As the name implies Wapiti Talk focuses heavily on elk hunting.

more posts = good.

I kinda like hanging around here! Some unbelievable knowledge is shared here. And a lot of just plain good guys. I do feel a little guilty in that I think I get more out of it than I can contribute. I do try and provide a little comic relief ....sometimes even on purpose.

Tigger we all gain from the forum. Don't worry. You and I are the reason this forum exists. Comic relief is great too.

Wow Swede. Very nice. You should write a book some time.

So far so good guys. We should have some kind of membership drive some time. Not sure how we'd go about it but if we signed on a bunch of new members around the same time things could get really interesting. But then again... is more always better? I like the family get together just fine the way they are.

Keep up the good work Rory an thanks for your service.

Wyo do you have us saved as Elknut Forums? That's ok since really we are one in the same.

X2,
I agree, scenarios, questions, benefit all of us. Once posts start going on a topic, everyone can learn something from everyone else. Recent threads like how do you practice with our bows, I picked something I hadn't ever done, and tried it, and now I will be doing it. I hope to see more new threads, from more of our newer members as well. 2500, we can't all be lurkers! :D
