Elk Hunting Myths

Postby Swede » 01 21, 2019 •  [Post 1]

I think limited experience and just a little success is a great breeding grounds for elk hunting myths and fables. For many great claims; there are places, times and situations where what is perceived as a wonderful is just a frustration when others try to adhere to it.
What are some things touted as the way to go, that you have tried with no success? Why do you think it worked for someone else and not for you?

I think set up is likely #1. Maybe that is personal. Elknut helped me there and it was most valuable lesson because I was having problems with it.
