HELP!!!!

The Colorado draw is open and want some input. Want to know if me and my son should hunt bulls in archery or 1st rifle? The other option is to hunt cows in archery and bulls and deer in rifle? The torture is awesome!

Rifle hunting is reserved for those that can pass a bull screaming/bugling down your throat at 30 yards. I do not know your hunting history/experience but I will say that I live for elk calling and look forward to the bugling show down each and every September, so archery bull is for me. I will trade one bull screaming at me within bow range for a downed bull with a rifle any day.

I tend to like to rifle hunt deer and cows late.

I love bowhunting for bulls, love calling them in, but I also love the time the first gun season is. Seems if you play your cards right, you have a chance of killing a mighty good bull...a lot depends on when I hunt elk, who's coming when and for what season...me, I applied for that first season...elk up high, right below timberline!!
