Plateau Travel / escape routes

This 11.400 ft plateau area below is the max 400 yards wide and 3/4 of a mile long and is the furthest spot from the road its about 1 mile to the road due east, The road at 9400 ft.Could this be a good place to key in on as a travel route?about a mile west is private land.has anyone had any success in this type areas in September?

I know a spot like that plateau where bulls often go when they're pressured from below. Used to be a little sanctuary, especially the first week to ten days of the season in CO before the rut kicks off and the herd bulls join up with the cows. But then some other guys figured it out and it isn't so good anymore.
