I'm ready!

Got my either sex tag for my draw unit and an OTC cow tag. Now just got to get into the elk and get a shot.

Wanna hit the Foco archery range sometime?

I did a shoot around yesterday and it felt great.

This is the first year that I am nervous and anxious. I never felt that way for my other 3 seasons. These countdowns are not helping ;)

I know more this year after studying threads on this forum and I am anxious to try out new tactics. I am more prepared than those other 3 seasons so I have no idea why I am so nervous going into this season. Maybe I will feel better after 2 scouting trips to my primary hunting spot. So far, I have only hit my backup areas for scouting.

I hope everyone has a "successful" season no matter what the definition of success means to you.

Have fun and good luck!

Yup. August 15 I'll be on some speed goats here in Colorado.

And maybe some Wyo goats on the weekend up in Casper.

Good luck!

Yep sealed the tent seams. Longbows are ready to go. Arrows are in order.
Need to sharpen broadheads, knifes and camp axe.
Did my squat workout this morning. My weight is perfect for me for hiking the hills. 2.1 lbs per inch of height
Next is my rig; rotate tires, change oil etc.
