I have seen it . What a waste of time. I seem to spend less and less time over there. I scan for what might be of interest and then come here. This camp is my new home.

It's a shame, really. A very useful site overall, but I find this one much more user-friendly, and relevant.

I spend way more time here also. More "pure" elk discussion and no fighting.

I guess maybe I am too old, but I don't get it when people decide to post stuff just to "poke the bear". Some real knowledgable people out there who used to share their knowledge and I think they have just gone away. Or moved to sites like this one!

I think the best part of this site is NO search function, that way every good question will not be answered by "this has been covered already, just do a search for it...."

I hunt out of this camp now. The comradeship here is the best, and the focus on the elk hunting forum stays on elk hunting. I got tired to seeing people belittled on other forums because their opinion was different than the popular one. Here we engage each other and use different ideas as a point of discussion, not an opportunity to attack.
