Heading out

Postby navet » 10 15, 2013 •  [Post 1]

I am heading out tomorrow for second season rifle hunt in Colorado. This will be my first. I see that it is snowing in the area I am hunting. Being from Texas, the snow is of concern. I am heading to the Lone Cone area (GMU70). I will arrive in Thursday afternoon. Does anyone know the road conditions? I called the Forest Service but they are closed.
Thanks alot for the forum and all the awesome hunting information..

There is snow in the high country for sure, but it should only help. I live in GMU 74 right near GMU 70.
