I got outdone by my wife

For all you guys who don't have wives that hunt, keep it that way! All they do is shoot bigger bulls than you :lol:

Well it's nothing new around our house but my wife got another elk this weekend. She shot this nice 6x6 on Friday. We were able to recover it early Saturday morning about 400 yards from where they lost the blood and tracks Friday night at dark. Should eat good around here this winter and we'll have some new shwag for the walls. I'll add some better pictures in a while. I'm not very computer savvy so this is just a cell phone picture.

Thanks guys I'll pass on the congrats...I've known her since 2006 and I think there has been one year she didn't get an elk. She is part of the 10% club

This year took a little longer than normal, didn't kill it until the afternoon of her second day out. Usually its a first morning of the first day hunt kinda deal. I guess you spend less money that way.

Easeup, the kids only two and I have about 4 picture of him gripping and grinning already. He just grabs horns and smiles. I love it.
