Elk Sounds.... post em up!

Postby WapitiTalk1 » 08 05, 2017 •  [Post 1]

I/we do something like this every once in a while (although I'm a bit late this year; it's been a busy year in the WT1 world). Post up some elk sounds if you'd like and ask some of our regulars to post up a few comments/thoughts on how you/we may improve (as you may know, we have some world class callers that frequent our site). I usually do something like "post up some herd talk, some bulls sounds, etc".... but the Eking time is upon us in a mere matter of weeks! If you want, post up some of your elk sounds (label em for what they are).. "here are some of my cow sounds, some of my bull sounds, a locator, a challenge, a nervous bark, etc...." and ask if some of the locals would chime in and perhaps tell you what they hear and how you may work on improvement before you venture out into the elk woods....

Let's goooooooooooooooooooooooo! RJ

Here are some quick clips. Downloaded the mp3 files but the default sent them somewhere on my computer....ill attach them once I find them. Working on some cow and calf talk and excited cow calls. Bugles range from locator, growl, grunts, chuckles and lip bawl. Add any sounds along with mine and criticism welcome! Post some sounds up to practice guys. Season is just around the corner.
