Turkey Stroganoff

Cooked my boys Turkey yesterday. It was super easy and delicious.

1 Onion chopped
2 cups sliced Mushrooms
1 large can Beef Broth
1 Large Turkey Breast
1 package sour cream
1 bag noodles

Cut the breast as thin as you can approximately 1" long. Bread it and fry it until brown. Fry the Onions and then the Mushrooms. Put the fried meat, onions, and mushrooms in a slowcooker then pour the can of beef both over them. Cook all day on low.

Put the sour crème into the slow cooker 5 minutes before the noodles and stir.

Cook the bag of noodles and place into the slow cooker, stir and serve.

My son wanted to pack his school lunch today with stroganoff. He almost always eats school lunch.
