Idaho wolf tags in hand

Postby wawhitey » 12 07, 2019 •  [Post 1]

So i dont know what my work schedule will be like, but i should be able to head over to idaho to hunt wolves at some point next month. I plan on focusing on units 4, 4a, 6, 7, 9, 10 & 12 because i also have a reduced price lion tag which is good in those units. If anybody feels like shooting me a pm with some good intel on wolves in the units i listed, im all ears. Promise im not trying to weasel anybodys elk spots. So far my plan is just to head over and find public land that hasnt been made inaccessible by snow and just see what i can shake up.

Another question for anybody in idaho. Looking at the regs, it sounds like you have to have a "furbearer license" to hunt bobcats or badger. Is this correct? I dont see where it even lists such a thing as far as price. Was i reading something incorrectly?
