Muzzleloader Coyotes

Postby Old school » 12 22, 2015 •  [Post 1]

Shot these 2 this past Saturday while muzzleloader hunting for whitetail. My youngest son and dad were setup about 500 yards away predator calling and these 2 came sneaking past me coming from the calling setup. They evidently had slipped in on my son and dad and didn't like something about the setup and were trying to sneak away.

Did you shot one, reload and then shoot the next? You must be quick! I am super slow at reloading muzzleloaders.

I shot one, the other hung around but not quite long enough - needed about 2 more seconds. He returned back through the field 15 minutes later and I shot him then. Just shot another one last weekend with the .223 Much smaller entrance hole on that one and no exit :-)
