Another dog day

There hasn't been much action in the goose fields this year. Slowest year in at least 15 years.
A pair of geese flew over the blind , a bit on the tall side, dropped them stone dead.
A few hours later 6 birds came in,.. four were on the ground and a pair coming in hard. I could see it starting to take place, I waited
As one bird was passing the other I swung pulled the trigger and both dropped dead. An intentional single shot, 2 dead geese.

Had a great hunt yesterday
Lots of birds landing in the spread , marshmallows and breakfast brats
