taking some time for myself. turkey hunt.

i cant believe the spring season starts tomorrow.

i didnt think i could go. i've been horribly busy.
hightlights:
1. moved offices and landed with a group that is super busy.
2. moved out of my small house and into a smaller apartment..IN A DIFFERENT city.
3. been making offers to buy a new house, but no luck so far.
4. decided to not rent my old house out, and sell it.
Which creates a new list:
a. fix a bunch of stuff at old house.
b. clean up landscaping
c. make it spot-less
d. hire house stager to make it look inviting.
e. had interior painted, all grout fixed and cleaned, need to install new dishwasher and overstove microwave.

there are nights i feel so overwhelmed i think i might vomit. ive been commuting in between my horrible apartment and old house to write checks, clean, fix..move junk.

SOOOOOOO..spring turkey opener..i'm going. it will be for one day only, since my inlaws decided this was the time they would fly in from Taiwan to visit. REALLY???!!!!

i moved 1.5 hours further from my free private land access..i dont care. i'm leaving at 2:30 am to beat the sun.

i am NOT bringing my bow. my shoulder hurts. so it will be with my new pellet rifle. a .22. and a backup shotgun. ;)

Awesome, I cant wait till season opens here! I hope your load lessens soon, that sounds rough. Sucks you'll only get to hunt 1 day, but the way I see it it is gonna be worth it, especially if you get a nice gobbler. Good luck.
