I heard Idaho is looking a a shed hunting law similar to Nevada

Makes me mad all under the premise of bumping/stressing game. All the while we can hike, hunt coyotes, run cats, Snow machine ATv, work cattle
Guys that shed hunt before season just take it away from us that wont pick them up until legal.

Nevada even has elk hunts open in January in the same areas where it is illegal to pick up sheds in January because it might stress the elk... the state where you can smoke weed, gamble your life earnings away, and go to a brothel.... but don't you dare touch a horn January- April  .... I honestly don't think the game and fish in Nevada can close it down like they have and I am looking into it legally with a couple of other guys. I figure if the environmentalist groups can shut hunting down with law suits why not take there approach and see if horn hunter can open it back up with law suits. Complete discrimination with nothing for them to stand on. They already have harassment laws in place so if people are harassing wildlife then they need to take care of that and leave the shed hunters alone... once the horn is on the ground it belongs to the public when it is on forest service and blm and they would need to be the ones to close it down, no way no how should a horn ever be illegal to pick up unless the area is closed down to all public travel

I've seen a number of mulies still packing, but the whitetails around here have mostly dropped, if it ever gets above 0 I may venture out with the dog sometime this month.

Been working basically non stop since early january. Just got home and it seems we finally got a winter. Wont be finding any sheds til this melts off in the spring. Managed to get about 30 feet up my driveway tonight in 4L with my rear diff locked. Barely managed to back out. Had to go park up neighbors driveway. Good thing i got the 1 set of sheds i really cared about getting, cause i wont be finding any now.
